Swiss Army Brands, Inc., in business since 1884 and known as the makers of the Original Swiss Army Knife, is developing a new headquarters complex totaling 154,000 sf on 26 acres. Accommodating 190 employees, the facility includes 44,000 sf of corporate offices and a 110,000 sf warehouse/distribution center. Perkins Eastman evaluated three sites for Swiss Army to determine which proposed location would be the most suitable for the new facility. Early discussions between Swiss Army and the design team focused on brand implementation and promoting cultural change.
